click: <START><SETTINGS><CONTROL PANEL><INTERNET OPTIONS><Advanced Tab>
pull slider down untill it displays: MICROSOFT VM
check off: Java console enabled requires restart! See instructions below
check off: Java logging enabled
check off: JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled

TO RESTART YOUR PC ( If you just activated java above ):
click: <Start><Shut Down..><Restart><OK>
Be sure to clear A: drive of any diskettes!
